Selected Demeter carrots from open-pollinated seed varieties provide the basis for this naturally delicious, lacto-fermented carrot juice. It is also ideal for traditional juice fasting and is rich in vitamin A.

"After pressing, we add special bacterial cultures to the carrot juice. This triggers fermentation, which produces lactic acid. Pasteurisation ends this fermentation process, but the desired lactic acid is retained. Incidentally, there is no connection between lactic acid and milk or other animal products.
