Ginger Syrup (0,5 l)
Aromatic Demeter-quality pressed ginger and lemon juice and exquisite spices such as thyme, juniper and hops give this delicately tangy syrup its unique flavour. Delicious diluted 1:7 with water or carbonated, as a fruity sweetener for fruit salad, yoghurt and ice cream. There are also many creative options for cakes and cocktails.
