Pure Elderberry Juice (0,75 l)

This tart, aromatic juice made directly from local elderberries gives fruit drinks, cocktails and fruit sauces a unique flavour and also provides berry-rich moments of pleasure in yoghurt, quark, desserts and muesli. Naturally contains manganese.

Our mother juice. Mother juice is the high-quality pressed juice from the first pressing with 100% fruit content. Original and pure in flavour, just as nature has allowed the juice to ripen in the fruit. Turbid matter is not removed or only removed to a small extent. This means the naturally cloudy juice retains its natural quality. The term mother juice is usually used for pressed juice made from particularly acidic fruits. Due to their natural acidity, we recommend diluting Voelkel mother juices with mineral water or mixing them with apple juice.
