Our vegetable composition with open-pollinated, particularly aromatic vegetables, finely balanced with a pinch of herbal sea salt, tastes wonderfully flavoursome, just like fresh from the field. A vegan treat in the best Demeter quality with nutritious potassium.
Vegetables from open-pollinated seeds: We support independent seed research and breeders like Christina Henatsch. And for good reason, because they develop vegetable varieties that can be reproduced and preserve their seeds as a cultural asset. The more powerful seed companies become, the more important our commitment to healthy food becomes. For our vegetable juices, we mainly use open-pollinated vegetables from fair, organic production.
