A savoury-tasting, partly lacto-fermented Vegetable Must with no added salt, made with especially aromatic open-pollinated varieties. A vegan drink in Demeter quality, high in vitamin A, potassium and folic acid.
For our vegetable juices, we use open-pollinated vegetables from organic farming. Voelkel Vegetable Must is high in vitamin A, potassium and folic acid.
