Natural flavours, treated with care

Premium quality – from the fruit to the bottle

The carefully selected fruit and vegetable varieties from our growers are pressed gently and in a way that preserves their value in our in-house juicery.

We pay attention to short transport routes and favour regionally grown ingredients. Exotic fruits are transported by ship to our premises in an environmentally friendly way, often as juice or puree, in order to save resources and preserve freshness in the best possible way.

Tradition and Innovation

Our certified organic and Demeter beverages are produced using modern technology and drawing on the experience of four generations. Small batches, elaborate development processes and strict control guidelines guarantee that every juice is a genuine quality product. We blend tradition and innovation – for a range of beverages that combines outstanding taste with ecological responsibility.

Investing in the future

From the sustainable use of energy and raw materials to efficient production workflows – we continuously invest in modern technology and energy-saving processes to minimise our ecological footprint.

High-quality ingredients and gentle, sustainable processing make our products truly special.

Producing sustainably, saving resources

Sustainable and resource-conserving production is not a ‘nice to have’ for us, but a central component of our philosophy and a matter close to our hearts. The deep integration of the organic concept in our company ensures that we are constantly looking for potential for improvement. Of course, as a food processing company, we cannot completely do without resources such as energy and fresh water, but we are constantly trying to reduce our consumption and already use 100% green electricity.

Energy supply

In order to cover our energy consumption in the most environment-friendly way possible, we obtain 100% of our electricity from renewable sources. Our own solar plant on our premises also contributes to this. We also save up to 75% of our natural gas consumption with our biomass cogeneration plant.

Energy efficiency

The Foundation’s funding structure enables us to continuously invest in the ecological improvement of our facilities and increase efficiency. Compared to previous years, we have already been able to save electricity, gas and water equivalent to the annual consumption of many of the villages surrounding us. We want to continue along this path in the future.

Water cycles

The responsible use of water as a resource is a very high priority for us. We use natural mineral water from our own spring for many of our drinks. We also strive to continuously reduce consumption through closed water cycles and water-saving systems such as our new bottle washing machine.

Waste recycling

A lot of so-called ‘waste’ is actually recyclable material that creates added value elsewhere. For example, the pomace produced during pressing is gratefully used as natural fertiliser by farmers in the neighbourhood. Waste can often be avoided altogether, for example by using the reusable bottle system – the most sustainable packaging solution for us. We also encourage our suppliers to avoid plastic and use reusable containers instead.
